Vegan Brownies with Walnuts and Rasberries

This Brownies are made with carob not with cacao. Carob has no caffeine, and the taste is also very special. Carob is an evergreen flowering shrub, belonging to the pea family, and it is also very healthy. Thats why i love it.  Author: Adelina's dream Category: Dessert Ingredients 350 g oat flour 100 g walnuts 2 Tbsp baking powder 10 g vanilla extract 100 g raspberries 100 g dates 50 g carob 30 ml water 100 ml rice milk Toping 30 g carob 2 Tbsp coconut oil 30 g coconut sugar raspberries coconut flakes Instructions Put the dates and the water and the walnuts in a blender and mix until well blended. In a bowl, stir together the flour with baking powder, vanilla extract, raspberries, rice milk and the mix ingredients from the blender. Spread the mixture into a greased pan. Vegan Pizza with Zucchini and Mushrooms Pizza is one of my favorites food. But this pizza is not a regular pizza, because is made with coconut milk. As you can see, i do not use so much oils for my recipes and i tend to use quite often coconut milk, because has a very nice flavor and is also very healthy. Vegan Pie with Coconut Milk and Blueberry

Vegan Pie with Coconut Milk and Blueberry I LOVE blueberries! I made this delicious pie, thats very easy to make and its looks also very interesting and the taste is heavenly. I hope you like it! Ingredients: 100 ml coconut milk 80 g dates 150 g frozen blueberries 2 Tbsp baking powder 350 g whole spelt flour zest of one lemon 1 Tbsp vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the flour with the coconut milk, the vanilla extract, baking powder and put the dates in to a mixer and blend them well and add them also in the other ingredients. Form the dough and cut a piece from it, you will need it for the crust. Take the blueberries and pour them into the unbaked pie. To make the lattice top, dust a surface with flour and roll out the other half to a circle. Cut it into narrow strips. Alternate horizontal and vertical strips. Bake the pie for 30 minutes.Enjoy

Vegan Cake with Peach Jam and Blueberries

I think the peach jam is one of the best jams that exists. That's why i made this yummy and refreshing cake.The consistence is very nice and it is also very healthy. The type of jam that i used is organic and only with apple juice sweetened. Ingredients:   1 Tbsp vanilla extract   2 Tbsp baking powder  100 ml cashew milk  50 g coconut milk yogurt  200 g peach jam or any kind of jam you like  50 g blueberries  350 g whole spelt flour   50 g dates Instructions:  1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 2.In a large bowl, combine the vanilla extract, baking powder, cashew milk, coconut milk yogurt, dates and flour. 3.Line the cake tin with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the tin. 4.Bake it for 25-30 minutes. 5.Let the cake fully cool. 6.Spread the peach jam on the top of the cake. 7.Decorate with blueberries.Enjoy  Share and follow me if you like my recipes!

Vegan cake roll with raspberries and mint

  VEGAN RASPBERRIES MINT ROLL CAKE I made this delicious vegan cake. It is also very easy to make and satisfying.   Ingredients: CAKE 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp baking powder 100 ml rice milk 50 ml coconut milk 350 g spelt flour  FILLING 100 g raspberries 10 g fresh mint 50 g dates   50 g walnuts 30 ml rice milk INSTRUCTION  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. 2. Add the vanilla the baking powder,coconut milk and mix them all together. Add also the flour and the rice milk.The batter should bee thick.Taste and adjust flavor as needed. 3. Slowly start rolling up the dough from one side until you have a firm roll. 4.For the filling, simply place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until you get a smooth filling. 5.Pour the filling over the roll and start rolling. 6.Bake 20-30 minutes or until is golden brown . Vegan cake with aquafaba and forest fruit

VEGAN AQUAFABA CAKE WITH FOREST FRUIT Hello Friends, i made this yummy aquafaba cake. Aquafaba is a genius ingredient and the texture is incredible.It is also made with oat flour that is gluten free. INGREDIENTS: Cake 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp baking powder 2 Tbsp corn starch 50 ml coconut milk 50ml water 350 g out flour   CREAM aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas) 100 g organic coconut sugar 100 g forest fruit 2 Tbsp corn starch INSTRUCTIONS  Preheat the oven to 180 C and lay parchment paper on bottom. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter and mix to combine well. Bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes . While the Cake is backing, mix in another bowl the aquafaba, coconut sugar, forest fruit and the corn starch until the sugar dissolves slightly Once the cake is ready and cooled, trim the aquafaba cream and sprinkle with extra forest fruit on top.
