Vegan glutenfree Brownies with rice flour

Vegan Blueberries Orange Ice Cream

Hello Friends, i am back from my vacation, and i tough to make a yummy and delicious vegan ice cream. The ice cream i made also with oranges , they are a good source of folate, vitamin A, vitamin B1, potassium, copper, pantothenic acid, and calcium. Author: Adelina`s dream Recipe Type: Raw vegan dessert Ingredients: 250 g walnuts 250 g cashew nuts 150 g dates 250 ml coconut milk 100 g blueberries orange zest from 1 orange vanilla powder Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a big metal form. Spread also some blueberries on top. Freeze for about 3 or 4 hours. Enjoy!

Vegan Cake with Aquafaba and Aronia Berry

Hello Friends! This Cake is made with aronia powder. Acerola is rich in vitamin C, and also contains vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. I hope you will enjoy it! INGREDIENTS: For the Cake: 400 g whole spelt flour 50 g acerola powder 50 g dates powder 2 Tbsp vanilla extract 250 ml cashew milk  100 g walnuts orange zest For the topping;  aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas) 50 g dates powder 30 g acerola powder INSTRUCTION: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lay parchment paper on bottom. In a large bowl, mix all the cake ingredients until smooth. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes. While the cake is backing, mix with a mixer in other bowl the aquafaba, acerola powder and dates sugar you have a smooth cream. Once the cake is ready and cooled, trim the aquafaba and sprinkle some fruits on top. Enjoy!

Vegan Walnuts Rassberries Layer Cake

Hello lovely Friends! This cake is made with dates powder. Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals. Its also a good source of energy, sugar and fiber. I hope you will enjoy it! INGREDIENTS:   For the Cake 500 g whole spelt flour 100 g dates powder  250 ml coconut milk 2 Tbsp Backing powder 2 Tbsp vanilla extract   For the filling 400 g walnuts 200 g raspberries 100 g dates powder 100 ml rice milk INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the bottom of a cake pan with parchment paper. Mix all the cake ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.  Divide 1/4 of the dough among the pan.  For the filling mix all the ingredients into a food processor until smooth. Spread 1/4 of the mixture on top of the layer. Divide again 1/4 of the dough on top of mixture. Make the some procedure until you finish the mixture. Bake it for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Vegan Cake with Forest fruit is one of my favorite cakes. Berries have been shown to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Extremely high in antioxidants, they are my favorites. I just love them. Author: Adelina's dream Recipe Type: Dessert INGREDIENTS: For the base: 350 g whole spelt flour 50 g dates sugar (or any other sugar you like) 150 ml coconut milk 2 Tbsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp backing powder lemon zest   For the topping: 100 g walnuts 150 g forest fruit 50 g dates sugar 1Tbsp g acerola powder   INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a large bowl and mix the flour with the dates sugar, coconut milk, vanulla extract and lemon zest. Mix them well until smooth. Bake the cake about 30 minutes. Cool the cake, and take the walnuts ,acerola powder and the dates sugar and mix them into a food processor. Put the mix on top of the cake, and spread the forest fruit also. Enjoy!

Vegan Pancakes with buckwheat flour and raspberries. Buckwheat improves heart health, contains disease-fighting antioxidants, high fiber and can help prevent diabetes. Author: Adelina's dream Recipe type: Dessert INGREDIENTS: 500 g buckwheat flour 100 g raspberries 2 Tbsp backing powder 2Tbsp vanilla powder 100 ml rice milk INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all the ingredients together, until smooth. Heat a pan to medium heat. Place the mixture into the pan. Flip when is ready. Repeat until he batter is gone. Serve with jam or other things you prefer. Enjoy!

Vega Pasta with tomato sauce

Hello Friends! I made this vegan pasta with tomato sauce, that is perfect for the warm summer days. Tomatoes are an excellent source of vitamin C , biotin and vitamin K. Author: Adelina's dream Servings: 2 Ingredient: 400 g whole tagliatelle pasta 1 green onion 8 tomatoes, or 1 can diced tomato 2 garlic cloves 2 Tbsp olive oil 50 ml red wine (vegan) half paprika 1 Tbsp tomato paste salt chili oregano Instructions: Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion until it softens. Add also the chopped garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes with the tomato paste, the red wine, paprika,chili,salt and oregano and bring to the boil or until the sauce reduces.Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following instructions. Add the sauce to the pasta and serve warm. Enjoy!

Hello Friends! Summer is here and i said i have to make this yummy and refreshing Popsicles. They are very creamy and also very healthy, because they are made with cashew nuts. Cashew nuts are high in fat, rich in vitamin E and a good source of minerals, particularly magnesium and zinc. Author: Adelina's dream Recipe Type: Raw vegan dessert Serves:12 Ingredients: 250 g cashew nuts 250  coconut milk 200 g pomegranate jam (or any jam you like) 30 g dates sugar (or any sugar you like) Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Divide evenly between the Popsicles molds. Insert the Popsicles sticks, and freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy!

Vegan Red Lentil Stew Hello Guys , i made this vegan lentil stew. Lentils are one of my favorites food. They are very healthy and high in fiber, they are also a great source of folate and magnesium. Author: Adelina's dream Serves: 2 INGREDIENTS 100 g red lentil  50 g rice 3 Tbsp tomato paste 1 onion 1 Tbsp coconut oil 2 gloves garlic half of paprika 1 medium carrot 50 g spinach 50 ml coconut milk 200 ml water ¾ chili ⅛ curry salt INSTRUCTIONS Dice the onion and the garlic, and put them in a pot with coconut oil and a tbsp water and cook them about 5 minutes. While the ingredients are cooking, peel the carrots and cut the paprika. Add the tomato paste, the paprika,the carrots and 50 ml water in the pot. Let it cook about 10 minutes. This vegan cake is very moist and nutty, and also very healthy because of the walnuts. Oftentimes, the simplest foods are best for your health, and this is certainly the case for nuts, because are are full with antioxidants, and many vitamins and minerals. Ingredients   For the Cake: 300 g oat flour 50 ml coconut milk 2 Tbsp baking powder 100 g dates sugar or coconut sugar (you can use any sugar you like)  2 Tbsp vanilla extract 100 ml rice milk ( or any vegan milk you like) For the Cream: 350 g walnuts 150 g blueberries  70 ml coconut milk  150 g coconut sugar  Instructions Preheat oven to 180 degrees, take a 8 inch round cake pan and line the bottoms with parchment paper . Lemon is an excellent and rich source of vitamin c, am essential nutrient that protects the body against immune system deficiencies. this combination between blueberries and lemon is also heavenly. Raw vegan Blackberries Cake Raw vegan cakes are a very delicious and healthy option for everyone. Vegan Pie with Coconut Milk and Blueberry I LOVE blueberries! I made this delicious pie, thats very easy to make and its looks also very interesting and the taste is heavenly. I hope you like it! Ingredients: 100 ml coconut milk 80 g dates 150 g frozen blueberries 2 Tbsp baking powder 350 g whole spelt flour zest of one lemon 1 Tbsp vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the flour with the coconut milk, the vanilla extract, baking powder and put the dates in to a mixer and blend them well and add them also in the other ingredients. Form the dough and cut a piece from it, you will need it for the crust. Take the blueberries and pour them into the unbaked pie. To make the lattice top, dust a surface with flour and roll out the other half to a circle. Cut it into narrow strips. Alternate horizontal and vertical strips. Bake the pie for 30 minutes.Enjoy

I think the peach jam is one of the best jams that exists. That's why i made this yummy and refreshing cake.The consistence is very nice and it is also very healthy. The type of jam that i used is organic and only with apple juice sweetened. Ingredients:   1 Tbsp vanilla extract   2 Tbsp baking powder  100 ml cashew milk  50 g coconut milk yogurt  200 g peach jam or any kind of jam you like  50 g blueberries  350 g whole spelt flour   50 g dates Instructions:  1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 2.In a large bowl, combine the vanilla extract, baking powder, cashew milk, coconut milk yogurt, dates and flour. 3.Line the cake tin with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the tin. 4.Bake it for 25-30 minutes. 5.Let the cake fully cool. 6.Spread the peach jam on the top of the cake. 7.Decorate with blueberries.Enjoy  Share and follow me if you like my recipes!
