Hello Friends! This Cake is made with aronia powder. Acerola is rich in vitamin C, and also contains vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. I hope you will enjoy it!
INGREDIENTS:
For the Cake:
- 400 g whole spelt flour
- 50 g acerola powder
- 50 g dates powder
- 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 250 ml cashew milk
- 100 g walnuts
- orange zest
For the topping;
- aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas)
- 50 g dates powder
- 30 g acerola powder
INSTRUCTION:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lay parchment paper on bottom.
- In a large bowl, mix all the cake ingredients until smooth.
- Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
- While the cake is backing, mix with a mixer in other bowl the aquafaba, acerola powder and dates sugar you have a smooth cream.
- Once the cake is ready and cooled, trim the aquafaba and sprinkle some fruits on top. Enjoy!
