Hello Friends! Summer is here and i said i have to make this yummy and refreshing Popsicles. They are very creamy and also very healthy, because they are made with cashew nuts. Cashew nuts are high in fat, rich in vitamin E and a good source of minerals, particularly magnesium and zinc.

250 g cashew nuts
250 coconut milk
200 g pomegranate jam (or any jam you like)
30 g dates sugar (or any sugar you like)

Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Divide evenly between the Popsicles molds.
- Insert the Popsicles sticks, and freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy!
