VEGAN AQUAFABA CAKE WITH FOREST FRUIT
Hello Friends, i made this yummy aquafaba cake. Aquafaba is a genius ingredient and the texture is incredible.It is also made with oat flour that is gluten free.

This cake is a very delicious and also healthy cake made with love perfect for special events but not only.
Hello Friends, i made this yummy aquafaba cake. Aquafaba is a genius ingredient and the texture is incredible.It is also made with oat flour that is gluten free.
INGREDIENTS:
Cake
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 50ml water
- 350 g out flour
CREAM
- aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas)
- 100 g organic coconut sugar
- 100 g forest fruit
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 C and lay parchment paper on bottom.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter and mix to combine well.
- Bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes .
- While the Cake is backing, mix in another bowl the aquafaba, coconut sugar, forest fruit and the corn starch until the sugar dissolves slightly
- Once the cake is ready and cooled, trim the aquafaba cream and sprinkle with extra forest fruit on top. ENJOY.
