Raw vegan Blackberries Cake
Raw vegan cakes are a very delicious and healthy option for everyone. It is made with walnuts, and they are also an excellent source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 essential fatty acids, in the form of alpha-linolenic acid.
The cake is also organic and gluten free.**

Ingredients:
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 g cashews, soaked overnight
- 100 g dates, soaked overnight
- 100 g blackberries
- 2 Tbsp raw agave nectar
- flours
Instructions:
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- For the crust place the dates and the walnuts in a food processor and mix well.
- Spread the mixture into the pan.
- Place the cashews in the food processor along with the coconut milk, blackberries, agave nectar and the blackberries.
- Process until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Pour the mixture in the pan on top of the crust.
- Also place the flours on top of the cake.
- Freeze for 2 or 3 hours.
- Until serving, let it stay at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy
