Vegan Brownies with Walnuts and Rasberries









This Brownies are made with carob not with cacao. Carob has no caffeine, and the taste is also very special. Carob is an evergreen flowering shrub, belonging to the pea family, and it is also very healthy. Thats why i love it.

Ingredients



350 g oat flour
100 g walnuts
2 Tbsp baking powder
10 g vanilla extract
100 g raspberries
100 g dates
50 g carob
30 ml water
100 ml rice milk

Toping


30 g carob
2 Tbsp coconut oil
30 g coconut sugar
raspberries
coconut flakes


Instructions



  1. Put the dates and the water and the walnuts in a blender and mix until well blended.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the flour with baking powder, vanilla extract, raspberries, rice milk and the mix ingredients from the blender.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased pan.
  4. Bake t 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 20 minutes.
  6. For the topping, stir ingredients together to form a thin sauce.
  7. Spread over the brownies, then spread also a few raspberries and the coconut flakes.Enjoy

Vegan Cake with Forest Fruit

Vegan Cake with Forest fruit is one of my favorite cakes. Berries have been shown to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Extremely high in antioxidants, they are my favorites. I just love them. Author: Adelina's dream Recipe Type: Dessert INGREDIENTS: For the base: 350 g whole spelt flour 50 g dates sugar (or any other sugar you like) 150 ml coconut milk 2 Tbsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp backing powder lemon zest   For the topping: 100 g walnuts 150 g forest fruit 50 g dates sugar 1Tbsp g acerola powder   INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a large bowl and mix the flour with the dates sugar, coconut milk, vanulla extract and lemon zest. Mix them well until smooth. Bake the cake about 30 minutes. Cool the cake, and take the walnuts ,acerola powder and the dates sugar and mix them into a food processor. Put the mix on top of the cake, and spread the forest fruit also. Enjoy!

Vegan Walnut Cream Cake

This vegan cake is very moist and nutty, and also very healthy because of the walnuts. Oftentimes, the simplest foods are best for your health, and this is certainly the case for nuts, because are are full with antioxidants, and many vitamins and minerals. Ingredients   For the Cake: 300 g oat flour 50 ml coconut milk 2 Tbsp baking powder 100 g dates sugar or coconut sugar (you can use any sugar you like)  2 Tbsp vanilla extract 100 ml rice milk ( or any vegan milk you like) For the Cream: 350 g walnuts 150 g blueberries  70 ml coconut milk  150 g coconut sugar  Instructions Preheat oven to 180 degrees, take a 8 inch round cake pan and line the bottoms with parchment paper .
